Business days
Our store's business hours are from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays. Order confirmation, shipping, inquiries, etc. that occur outside of business hours, on weekends, national holidays, the Obon period, the New Year holidays, or on other holidays designated by our store will be handled from the next business day. In addition, orders and inquiries are very busy after holidays, so it may take some time. Please note.
Sending and receiving emails

Regarding product sales discrepancies
Due to inventory sharing, there may be cases where an item is out of stock or sold out depending on the timing of your order. In such cases, we will either exchange the item for a different color or size, or cancel your order.
