Payment Method

We accept credit cards, deferred payment, and cash on delivery.

[Credit card] (shopify payments): One-time payment only
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. *We may contact you if any of the following applies to you.
・If we are unable to confirm the payment authentication for your designated credit card, or if there is some problem with your order, etc.

[Cash on delivery]
When the product is delivered, please pay the delivery fee to the delivery company in exchange for the product. If you use cash on delivery, a separate cash on delivery fee of 440 yen (tax included) will be charged. *Cash on delivery is not available if the total amount exceeds 300,000 yen (tax included).

[Pay Later (Paidy)]
Fees: Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit payments, no payment fee will be charged.
Each month, we will close the billing process at the end of the month and issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month. We will also notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 5th of the month.
Payment methods include convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.
The payment deadline is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 27th*.
*If a bank holiday falls on a day other than the bank holiday, the next business day

Payment deadline

Credit card/AmazonPay: Payment will be processed in real time when you place an order. Please contact your credit card company directly regarding billing details, as contract details and closing dates may differ.

Cash on delivery: When the product is delivered

Business days

Our store's business hours are from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays. Order confirmation, shipping, inquiries, etc. that occur outside of business hours, on weekends, national holidays, the Obon period, the New Year holidays, or on other holidays designated by our store will be handled from the next business day. In addition, orders and inquiries are very busy after holidays, so it may take some time. Please note.

Sending and receiving emails

Please double-check your email address to make sure you have not entered it incorrectly and to make sure you have set up your spam filter. We will send you order completion emails and shipping notification emails, so please make sure you have set up your email settings to receive emails from our store, such as "info@kleman.jp."

Regarding product sales discrepancies

Due to inventory sharing, there may be cases where an item is out of stock or sold out depending on the timing of your order. In such cases, we will either exchange the item for a different color or size, or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

About product images

Some of the product images on this website may show items other than the product in question (e.g. other items worn by the model, ropes or carabiners attached to bags, etc.), but these are merely examples of use and are not included. For products with accessories, please refer to the product description on each product page.

Although the product images on this website are displayed in colors as close to the actual product as possible, the actual colors and textures you see may differ depending on the manufacturer and model of your computer or smartphone, as well as the settings of your screen monitor. Please note this in advance.

About pre-order items

Products marked as pre-order items will be shipped after the items arrive. Please note that the delivery time is only an approximate guide and may be delayed depending on the stock situation. Please also note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for pre-order items.

About gift wrapping

We are very sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping services on this website.

About the cooling off period

The cooling-off period is a system that applies to door-to-door sales and telephone sales, but mail order sales are not subject to the cooling-off period. Please be aware of this.
