For international shipping we generally use FedEx , and in some cases DHL .
About order shipping
After confirming your order, we will ship it within 3 to 5 business days. If you would like to change your order, please contact us through the inquiry form. However, if the order has already been prepared, we cannot make any changes.
Returns and Exchanges
Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us using the inquiry form and we will assist you.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the product is defective in the following cases:
Products that have been delivered more than 11 days ago
・Items with missing or damaged tags, accessories, packaging, etc.
・Items that have been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned
・Products that have become smelly, dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession
・Products purchased outside our online store

Credit card (Shopify Payments)
One-time payment only. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and JCB are accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries within Japan. Although it is selectable on the system, it cannot be used for deliveries overseas.
