Shipping Method

For international shipping we generally use FedEx , and in some cases DHL .

About order shipping

・Shipment Timing: Orders will ship within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
・Order Changes: Please contact us via  the inquiry form. Changes may be possible depending on preparation status, but cannot be made once shipment preparation is complete.
・Cancellation: We cannot accept any cancellations after payment has been completed. Please be advised in advance.


Returns and Exchanges

Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us using the inquiry form and we will assist you.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the product is defective in the following cases:

Products that have been delivered more than 11 days ago
・Items with missing or damaged tags, accessories, packaging, etc.
・Items that have been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned
・Products that have become smelly, dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession
・Products purchased outside our online store

Credit cards are accepted for one-time payments only. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and JCB are accepted.

・If we are unable to confirm your payment with the credit card you specified. ・If there is an error in your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries within Japan. Although it is selectable on the system, it cannot be used for deliveries overseas.
