International orders are generally shipped via FedEx, and in some cases via DHL.

Order processing

・Shipping: Orders ship within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
・Changes: Please contact us via the contact form. Changes may be possible depending on the status of your order, but cannot be made once the order has been prepared for shipment.
・Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and exchanges

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us via the contact form and we will assist you.

Please note that even defective items cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
