Shipping policy

Delivery

• Orders are normally delivered by Sagawa Express.
• Depending on the region (remote islands) or a requested delivery date and time, we may ship via Yamato Transport instead.
• If you place several orders that are due to ship on the same day, we may combine them into a single shipment. 
  
  

Shipping fees

• Shipping: ¥660 (tax included, per shipping address)
  *Excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands
• Hokkaido and Okinawa: ¥1,320 (tax included)
  For remote islands, an additional forwarding fee may be charged after your order is completed. Thank you for your understanding.
  
  

Shipping times

Orders placed by 12:00 noon on a weekday normally ship the same day or within 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekday afternoon (Monday–Thursday) ship the next day or within 3 business days. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Sunday, on national holidays, or on other days we are closed ship from the next business day or within 3 business days. (We do not ship on weekends, national holidays, during Obon, the year-end and New Year holidays, or on other days we are closed.)

*If you request a delivery date, we normally ship 3 days before the requested date.
*Shipping may take longer depending on stock availability and the situation at our warehouse or carrier.
*In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship an item due to a product defect, stock discrepancy, or a payment processing issue, we will contact you. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order has shipped, we will notify you by email. You can check the delivery status using the tracking number in that email.
