Delivery Method
Orders are typically delivered via Sagawa Express. Depending on the destination (e.g., remote islands) or specified delivery date and time, Yamato Transport may be used instead.
If multiple orders are placed separately but are scheduled to ship on the same day, they may be consolidated into a single shipment.
Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: ¥660 (tax included) per delivery address.

Hokkaido & Okinawa: ¥1,320 (tax included).

Remote Islands: Additional relay fees may apply after order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on weekdays are typically shipped the same day or within 3 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on weekdays (Monday–Thursday): Shipped within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed from Friday afternoon through weekends, public holidays, or our designated holidays: Shipped within 1–3 business days from the next business day.
Please note that shipping operations are suspended on weekends, public holidays, Obon, year-end and New Year holidays, and other designated non-business days.
If a preferred delivery date is specified, we will typically ship the order 3 days prior to the requested date.
Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to inventory availability, warehouse conditions, or courier circumstances. In the event of product defects, stock shortages, or payment processing issues that prevent shipment, we will contact you accordingly.
Delivery Date and Time Specification
You may specify your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available after shipment.
