Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via our Contact Form as soon as possible.
2. Returns
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery, excluding certain items. Please review the conditions below and contact us via our Contact Form to initiate the return process.
Return Conditions: All of the following conditions must be met:

Product has not been previously exchanged

Product is deemed "unused" based on our standards
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Tags have been removed or cut

Packaging or accessories are missing or damaged

Product has odors such as perfume or tobacco

Product has makeup stains (e.g., foundation)
-
Product has been washed, cleaned, or altered
-
Product shows signs of wear from accessories
-
Product is considered used (e.g., shoes tried on outdoors)
-
Product is deemed unsuitable for resale as new
3. Return Shipping Fees
For returns due to customer preferences, all shipping and bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. If returned via cash-on-delivery, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns due to prolonged absence will also have the return shipping fee deducted from the refund.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed through your credit card company. For specific refund dates, please contact your credit card provider. Depending on your card's billing cycle, the refund may appear in the following month's statement.

Amazon Pay: Refunds will be processed by Amazon. A notification email will be sent upon completion. Processing may take up to 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made via bank transfer. Bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.
5. Exchanges

6. Exchange Shipping Fees
For exchanges due to customer preferences, all shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Returns sent via cash-on-delivery will not be accepted; please use prepaid shipping. The replacement product will also be sent via cash-on-delivery, and the shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
7. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we will promptly arrange for a return or exchange. Please contact us via our Contact Form within 10 days of product delivery, including your name and order number. We will provide instructions for the return or exchange process. Please do not return the product until you receive further instructions from us.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances, even for defective products:

Tags, accessories, or packaging are missing or damaged

Product has been used, altered, or cleaned

Product has acquired odors, stains, or damage while in the customer's possession

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
1. Credit Card (Shopify Payments)

If we are unable to verify your credit card or if there are issues with your order, we may contact you for confirmation.
2. Amazon Pay

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

COD Fee: ¥440 (tax included)

COD is not available for orders exceeding ¥300,000 (tax included).
4. Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Fees: Vary depending on the payment method. For convenience store payments, a fee of up to ¥390 (tax included) applies. Bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. No fees for direct debit payments.

Billing: Monthly billing with invoices issued on the 1st of the following month. Payment deadline is the 27th of each month.

Payment Timing

Credit Card/Amazon Pay: Payment is processed in real-time at the time of order. The billing date depends on your credit card company's policies.
